To Order: Rams Engines sells products through qualified dealers. To make it easier for you to place an order, please have your card number.
Returned Merchandise: All merchandise being returned for credit must have prior approval from Rams Engines. All merchandise being returned for credit must be in original condition and will be inspected at time of receipt. It should be returned prepaid and insured and will be subject to a minumum 10% handling charge. Credit to any warehouse will be issued at the purchase price. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.
Price: Prices subject to change without notice. Rams Engines cannot accept responsibility for printing errors in price sheets. Although we make every effort to assure that our prices and products are advertised as accurately as possible, we are only human, and in the event an error is made, we reserve the right to correct it.
Internet order shipping information: Orders will be processed within 48 hours and shipped via FedEx, Parcel Post or truckline. We usally ship the order out when we get them.

All Truck Freight Items are subject to an additional $50.00 Freight Charge, per Truck Item. Customers are responsible for all lift gate charges from truck lines.
All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam & Virgin Islands, will be charged actual 4th class Parcel Post charges.
Items over 70 lbs. or oversize, which are too large or too heavy to be shipped Parcel Post, will be shipped freight collect by truck.
